A Well-Prepared Start to Your Studies

The start of your studies is an exciting new chapter in your life - one which will give even more joy when it is well prepared. Before you visit your first lectures and seminars, it is important to take care of some important preparations.

Orientation Week for First-Semester Students

At the start of each winter semester, the Institute's Student Council (Fachschaft) organises an orientation week. During O-week, first-semester students can get help and information on planning their course schedule and the degree programme more generally. It is also a wonderful opportunity to meet other students, get to know the campus, and learn more about Hannover.

The O-week programme is available for download here.
