The Institute of Philosophy has its own library (independent of the TIB), which contains literature from all areas of philosophy.

The library of the Institute of Philosophy is currently being integrated into the TIB. From mid/end September 2024, the new location will be TIB Philosophy/History, Im Moore 21 (rear building), 30167 Hannover.
